Optional Volunteer Orientation (Day before Retreat):

We highly recommend first-time volunteers attend!
We offer a complimentary shuttle pick-up at PHX Airport at 11:00 AM only.
Secure your spot by submitting your flight information before July 1st to [email protected]. We will then send your specific meeting point within the airport.
Please note: we cannot accommodate anyone who arrives earlier at the retreat.

First Day of Retreat:

Last Day of Retreat:

Checkout is after Lunch (Refer to the Activity Schedule).
We will drop off everyone at PHX Airport by 2 pm.
We may be able to escort you to your gate, but it is not guaranteed.
If you decide to leave earlier, you’ll be responsible for your own transportation.
